Air pollution across Asia
Monthly PM 2.5 averages for each Asian city were calculated by The Third Pole based on
hourly PM 2.5 NowCast data available on the US Air Quality Index website, which monitors air quality at US
embassies and consulates in each city. In some months, data was not available or readings returned invalid
values.
